Neck and Back Pain
Neck and Back pain are common issues and can often be eased quickly with a combination of manual therapy and exercise. A full postural and lifestyle assessment will also identify any contributing factors for modification.
Our Physiotherapists fully assess all sporting injuries to determine any underlying causes, weakness or instability and address these issues during treatment. Our aim is to get you back to the activities you enjoy as quickly as possible.
Our Pilates studio is fully equipped with a Reformer, Trap table and floor apparatus .
All clients are individually assessed to provide a tailored program for their specific needs. Clinical Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
Physio Exercise Programs
Designed on an individual basis after a full assessment to accommodate current and past injuries, muscle imbalances, dynamic motor control and patient goals. Using both equipment in the clinic and a home component to the program.
Dry needling involves using a fine acupuncture needle on a trigger point of a muscle to reduce muscle pain and tension. It can assist in a range of conditions and is offered at NBPC by Physiotherapists with additional training.
Available to all clients who are either unable to attend the clinic at a suitable time, or not mobile in the community. Our secure software allows for a full assessment, diagnosis, explanation of the injury and a comprehensive plan of exercises and advice.
